SAEMA HOUSE
(Helmet Aold, Panama)

por Sabine Morvan Bindschedler

History
A few years ago, the sculptor Sabine Morvan and her husband Erik Morvan Architect, visited Panama for the first time and were fascinated by its landscapes, its unique culture, its extraordinary nature and architectural diversity. They were so impressed that they decided to stay and make this place their home.
"CASA SAEMA" is in itself a work of art, the couple, recognized for their designs and good taste, as they already achieved on other occasions, decided once again to merge their professions and create something unique in this very special place. This is how the idea of building “SAEMA HOUSE” was born, with the art of Sabine and an architecture carefully designed by Erik.
Project
The comprehensive restoration project of Casa SAEMA seeks to recover the 19th century calicanto structure, highlighting its architectural beauty and historical value.
Large resources have been invested by the owners over a period of 24 months, making the House shine on its own.
Every detail has been carefully considered, from the exquisite landscaping that emits a pleasant Mediterranean garden sound, to the interior spatial richness that offers versatility in its different spaces.
Which makes CASA SAEMA a special place to enjoy in Panama.
