CASA SAEMA rules

The CASA SAEMA Rules were designed to promote a pleasant, safe and respectful stay for all guests.

 

These rules seek to maintain harmony, avoid conflicts and guarantee compliance with local regulations.

COEXISTENCE RULES OF CASA SAEMA

1. Respect the neighbors' rest hours, avoiding excessive noise at night and in the early hours of the morning.

2. Maintain order and cleanliness in all common areas of the building.

3. Respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors.

4. Ensure that children are supervised at all times to avoid inconveniences or accidents.

5. Use the apartment's equipment and appliances responsibly and safely.

6. Maintain cordial and respectful treatment with other guests and building staff.

As we previously indicated, andThese coexistence rules aim to guarantee the peaceful coexistence and well-being of all guests and neighbors of the building.

 

 

 

OTHER PROHIBITED RULES IN SAEMA HOUSE, 

​

1. Minors are not allowed to enter, unless authorized by the owners.

2. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas, following local regulations.

3. The consumption of illegal drugs is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas.

4. Pets are not allowed.

5. The use of open fires, candles or any object that may cause fires is not permitted.

6. The use of music or television at excessively high volumes is not permitted.

7. The entry of people outside the rental contract is not permitted without prior authorization.

8. The use of furniture or decoration elements of the apartment in common areas is not permitted without prior authorization.

9. The use of common areas for commercial or advertising purposes is not permitted without prior authorization.

10. Failure to comply with local regulations, such as waste recycling or proper use of public services, is not permitted.

11. The use of offensive or discriminatory language is not permitted in common areas.

12. Abuse or mistreatment of any kind towards building staff or other guests is not permitted.

13. The organization of parties or events that disturb the tranquility of the building is not permitted.

14. Illegal activities are not allowed inside the apartments or in common areas.

15. Modification of the apartment structure is not allowed.

16. Use of the apartment's equipment and appliances in an irresponsible or dangerous manner is not permitted.

17. The entry of objects or substances dangerous for the safety of other guests is not allowed.

18. Only the use of the building facilities is allowed, such as the pool and common spaces between  10pm-8am, if the silences and rest of the other guests are respected, in case of non-compliance, they must leave as deemed by the  of the manager of CASA SAEMA.

19. Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence established at CASA SAEMA is not permitted.

20. Do not waste water and energy by turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use.

These non-permitted rules are intended to guarantee the safety, tranquility and well-being of all guests in the CASA SAEMA apartments.
